SPIRITUAL HEALING & CONSCIOUS EVOLUTION
The purpose of Heart-Centered Inner Work ("HCIW") is to become aware of the hidden emotional stories, stuck patterns, and other energy blockers that prevent us from creating and enjoying a truly fulfilling life; and to gently cleanse the subconscious of what no longer serves us well.
Practicing HCIW helps make our deepest, most delightful dreams manifest into our physical experience of Life (so that our JOY may be full). It is a modality that offers the freedom that comes with deeper Inner Work and the happiness that comes from authentic Self-Love. We can live beyond the ordinary human limitations we've been taught/conditioned to believe in.
We do this by first increasing our capacity for authentic Self-Love, which creates a safe and compassionate space for spiritual healing within us. The deeper and more sincerely we are willing and able to love ourselves (all aspects of ourselves), the easier it becomes to remove our self-created obstacles to peace and happiness.

Through Self-Love and a willingness to know and accept the truth about ourselves (no matter what that truth looks like), we step into our greatest power as authentic creators of the realities WE want to enjoy.

No Quick Fixes
Unlike a regimented weight-loss program or fitness routine, Heart-Centered Inner Work is a fully restorative and freshly creative process that cannot be rushed. The petals of a rose bud cannot be pried open, as they say.

Truly effective and permanent positive change takes a commitment to one's Self: a loving and devoted commitment to self-heal, grow, and evolve in beautiful, powerful ways. While amazing transformations and the removal of energy blockages can occur suddenly, they only occur when the Self is ready. And that is not something that can be pinpointed or predicted, in truth. It is our willingness to let go and to receive that makes the work its most magical.

Each person must move at his or her own pace. This includes a holistic and self-honoring approach that is anchored in self-compassion and follow through.

Increased intuition and naturally inspired action are byproducts of HCIW that help us create happier, more fruitful experiences naturally and in perfect Divine Timing. With continued practice, we can enter into the transcendent dimension where the "impossible" IS possible, and Divine Magic becomes a way of life.

Spiritual Healing
Spiritual Healing happens when we create and learn to maintain safe, Sacred Spaces within ourselves.
External validation (or conflict) is an after-effect. The source of everything that shows up in our lives is coming from somewhere inside of us: either in something we hold within or something we've been willing to agree to interact with in the past.
Heart-Centered Inner Work helps us clean up our inner landscape and get over the memories that keep aspects of our identity trapped in the past. We cannot change what happened, but we can alter how (if at all) it affects us today.
